Boone Central Schools has a vacancy for the position of Superintendent of Schools. The school is located 50 miles SW of Norfolk and 40 miles NW of Columbus. Enrollment is approximately 600 students PK – 12. The school district has built partnerships with many local businesses in a unique Career Academy model. The area is rich in recreation and there are many ways to be active in the local communities. The district is looking for applicants who can ensure continued opportunities for students in academics and extracurriculars, maintain the district’s strong financial position, and be proactive with staff recruitment and retention.
