Develop and oversee both day-to-day and long-range operations of all programs and services associated with student learning. The five major components are: Curriculum Development, Curriculum Implementation, Instruction Assessment and Program Evaluation, Learning Interventions, NDE/DAC contract, and ESSA Programs. Developing, coordinating, and participating in a district professional development plan to support staff and support the strategic plan is an essential function of the position. The position is responsible for the District's instructional coaches and program coordinators. A strong understanding of data collection and analysis as it relates to student achievement is preferred.

High School Assistant Principal

The High School Assistant Principal will oversee student discipline and behavioral interventions, conduct thorough investigations and implement restorative practices to foster a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all students. This role includes managing daily operational functions such as monitoring student attendance, supervising common areas and building activities. The Assistant Principal will conduct regular classroom observations, participate in teacher evaluations, and facilitate professional development opportunities that enhance teaching practices and student achievement. The position requires collaboration with department chairs and teaching staff to strengthen curriculum delivery and support innovative instructional strategies aligned with district goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, exercise sound judgment in decision-making, and possess the ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, families, and stakeholders while upholding district policies and promoting educational excellence.
