K-12 Principal

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller is seeking qualified applicants for a K-12 Principal.  The position will begin August 1, 2023 for the 2023-2024 school year.  Applicants should be able to possess or be able to acquire a Nebraska Administrative Certificate with the proper endorsement.

SEM is a D-1/2 school district located in south-central Nebraska approximately 30 miles west of Kearney, NE with an enrollment of 223 students in grades PK-12.  SEM school has a tradition of academic excellence, enjoys a strong community support, and has established a positive, caring and connected environement.  The district is seeking candidates who possess competencies for working with staff, students, and parents.  

Candidates must be able to communicate with and work effectively with communcity members, students and staff.  They must also possess strong leadership skills and knowledge of:
