Secondary Principal (6-12)

Due to professional advancement Shelby-Rising City Schools is looking for a 6-12 Secondary Principal beginning next year. The District is located near Columbus and within one hour of both Omaha and Lincoln. The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary, full paid insurance benefits and professional dues/conference fees. In 2017 the District completed new construction and renovations to improve the entire facility in Shelby, which houses all of the PK-12 students. S-RC strives to be an innovative District with a 1-to-1 laptop program, a College and Career Pathways program/partnership with Central Community College, student academic success, and commitment to the PLC collaborative framework. The secondary has about 210 students and the building level support team includes a full-time counselor and activities director.

Candidates must hold or be able to acquire a Nebraska Administrative Certificate (K-12 or 7-12) by August 1, 2019
Salary: Based on experience and education.

Contract: 210 days from August 1 - June 30
