Schedule
Monday, November 2
3:30     Exhibitor Visit
4:00     Building Communities of Excellence around a Culture of Learning with Ken Shelton
One of our most beneficial and impactful learning resources is our PLC (Professional Learning Community). When we look both within and sometimes outside of our PLC we can find ways to accelerate our learning as well as potential solutions to existing challenges. Far too often in education, we tend to look for external solutions to internal problems. This seminar will be our space to support and uplift each other in ways that provide tangible pathways towards solving existing challenges as well as building a stronger community of learning. By following a designed set of protocols and activities we will identify and establish characteristics of a culture of learning and how we can support each other in fulfilling our excellence together. Our primary focus will be on leading a culture of learning to build communities of excellence. "If you look around yourself and you are not inspired you don't have a circle you have a cage."
6:10     Select-a-Session 1
6:45     Select-a-Session 2

Tuesday, November 3
3:00     Select-a-Session 3
3:35     Select-a-Session 4
4:10     Select-a-Session 5

5:15     A Systematic Approach to Problem Solving for a Sustainable Social and Emotional Learning Environment with Ken Shelton
Utilizing problem-based learning protocols called, Solve in Time!® participants will utilize this design-thinking approach to examining potential solutions to ensuring a sustainable social and emotional learning culture. This highly interactive session is focused on learning through the process rather than focusing on the outcome. These protocols will be similar to the opening session but with a specific focus on SEL.

Exhibits and Sponsors
NCSA and NETA are excited to continue our partnership to provide a comprehensive and informative conference on technologies available and utilized in Nebraska schools.  Today's students are actively engaged in using technology and with the recent pandemic, schools are looking for new and exciting ways to serve their students with technology in-person and through digital learning.  This year's conference will be held the afternoon/evenings of November 2-3 virtually on Whova.
