Position Description for Cross County Community School District

The Cross County Community School District Board of Education, Stromsburg, Nebraska, is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent to lead the district and support its mission of ensuring success for all students.

McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., Executive Recruitment and Development are engaged as consultants in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the School Board in identifying and screening the candidates.

Enrollment: 375 students

Location: Stromsburg, Nebraska – 65 miles NW of Lincoln

Salary: Regionally competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

• A strong, approachable communicator that leads by example, is a good listener, and has natural people skills to connect well with students, staff, and community members at all age levels.
