Elementary Principal

The ideal candidate(s) will have:
• The ability to create a shared vision for student success throughout the entire school community.
• Demonstrated success in evaluating and implementing organizational structures that result in improved student growth.
• The skills to create a school climate that encourages strategic thinking and dialog aimed at providing new and expanded opportunities for students.
• A collaborative leadership style, which moves learning forward in the classroom.

Prior administrative experience is desired. Nebraska certification, (or be eligible to obtain) with Principal K-6 endorsement required.
