Lead and guide the implementation of GIPS $6M Gear Up Promise grant.  Gaining Early Awareness and Access to Undergraduate Programs, this discretionary grant program is designed to increase the number of low-income students who are prepared to enter and succeed in post-secondary education. GEAR UP is a six-year grant to provide services to students at high-poverty middle and high schools to prepare them for post-secondary education.

This transformational leadership opportunity requires strong communications skills (written, oral), project management skills (resource allocation, report writing, and budget management) along with sound research skills, (the ability to think critically, logically and creatively).

Requires Master's Degree or higher in the field of Education with experience in secondary or post-secondary settings.

Salary in the $80's with benefits (health and dental insurance, retirement, etc.).
