The U.S. Department of Education recently released new Title IX regulations and guidance. These new regulations and guidance represent an overhaul of the existing Title IX rules and requirements.  School district administrators will need updated training and documents to understand and implement these new requirements. On August 4th, the Perry Law Firm and NCSA will host a day-long webinar for school administrators to understand and be prepared to implement these new requirements. Attendees will also receive updated Title IX forms and investigation documents, revised handbook language and policy updates.

*Workshop materials will be provided to registrants digitally. 
*A recording of the training will be available to registrants to view for 1 week after the training.

Any cancellation request must be received no later than Friday, July 31, 2020.
*A 48 hour (2 business day) cancellation policy is in place for all events. To avoid being charged the full registration fee, please submit any requests to cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Please note: your registration fee will be refunded or waived ONLY if an event is cancelled due to inclement weather. Otherwise, the 48 hour (2 business day) cancellation policy remains in effect for all events.
