This half-day training will cover Nebraska's Student Discipline Act (including updates made this past legislative session) and recent legal issues to put on your radar. We will also cover the following topics that can cause headaches in schools:

·      Transgender Issues
·      Option Enrollment & Residency
·      Q&A
